Really, every piece, token, coin, and die has a logical place and a cozy fit-the kind that you can tap with a pinky to fish out with the greatest of ease. Five custom-molded plastic trays, all fitting into each other neatly and obviously, house the entirety of the game-and they play host to a whopping 100 minion figurines. The very act of opening this box will rightfully shame any other board game boxes nearby. Once you get a copy, you're in for the best production value you're likely to find in a board game as massive as this one. (Though the latter option will cost you far more than the ridiculously modest Riot list price of $75 plus $5 more for shipping.) (Note: The second wave still seems to be in stock in the EU.) LoL developer Riot Games is the sole distributor if you want a copy, you can head to its website and plunk down money for a pre-order of the game's second printing. Minions, you have to find a copy-which, as of press time, remains tricky. I love when dice are slotted in this off-kilter way, because then it's easier to flip them out with a tap of a finger.
